Haskapp Jewelry -Haskapp Jam Cookies-

Haskapps are berries of a native plant in Hokkaido. The home-made jam and original butter cream are sandwiched by delicate cookies.

Hokkaido Jelly

Taste the natural sweetness jellified with the best water in Japan.

  • - Tomato: The tomato is fully sun-ripened in Hokkaido just like a fruit.
  • - Haskapp: Sweet and sourness of Haskapp are featured in the soft jelly.
  • - Apple: Enjoy the refreshing acidity of Hokkkaido "HAC9" apple.
  • - Grape: The rich aroma and sweet of white grape "Niagara" grown well in Hokkaido.

Yuki Series

The soft souffle with white cream reminds us of the first snowflake. Almost of all ingredients, are made in Hokkaido.

  • - Yuki Souffle: Original white cream with fresh cheese is sandwiched by soft souffle.
  • - Yuki Roll: Soft and moist souffle is rolled around Hokkaido fresh cream filling.

Japanese Confectionery

  • - Tamago Manju: Manju is a Japanese traditional cake filled with bean paste. The manju is rich in egg paste, too.
  • - Dorayaki: It is a Japanese pancake which consists of two small patties made from castella wrapped around a filling of sweet red bean paste.
